Can any girl become chic & classy?

can anygirl from a middle-class become chic,classy & glamorous without being called fake or a wannabe?? If anygirl can become chic and classy would she be called a wannabe even if she wasnt chic & classy & glamorous before? Isit normal for a normal girl to turn into really chic and classy girl who people will say "oh your're so chic" or " you're glamorous". Or would she be called FAKE or WANNABE? Is there any celebrities who werent classy and chic before and now they are really classy & chic & glam.?
